A nasal rinsing machine is a device designed to facilitate nasal irrigation, a process of cleansing the nasal passages by flushing them with a saline solution. It typically consists of a container or reservoir to hold the saline solution, a nozzle or tip for insertion into the nostril, and a mechanism for delivering the solution at a controlled pressure. Users prepare the saline solution, often by mixing salt and water to create a gentle saline solution similar to the body's natural fluids. They then insert the nozzle into one nostril while tilting their head to allow the solution to flow through the nasal cavity and out the other nostril, effectively rinsing away mucus, allergens, bacteria, and other irritants. Nasal rinsing machines are commonly used to alleviate nasal congestion, sinusitis, allergies, and to promote overall nasal hygiene, offering a drug-free and non-invasive approach to nasal care.
